The Turn 1000 is a bariatric continuous bilateral rotation mattress replacement system with low air loss therapy. This system is designed to meet pressure redistribution and rotational therapy needs of patients up to1000 lbs. in weight with pressure injuries, special respiratory needs, and those at risk of skin breakdown.

- Side bolsters support patient during rotation

- Lower safety cell with two-inch air support and remains inflated for up to 12 hours in the event of a power failure
